Every hotline below is free, 24 hours, with no income test, no paperwork and no enrollment first. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. Several of these agencies keep their shelter addresses confidential on purpose — that is a safety measure, not an oversight.

On scholarships: no scholarship restricted to women in recovery or to single mothers serving this area could be verified from a primary source.
